Shipping policy

Orders are packed and shipped five days a week, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is received.

Free Standard Shipping

For orders delivered within the United States, free standard shipping applies to orders over $79 before tax.

Standard delivery within the United States usually takes 4–6 business days after shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order processing.

Shipping to Germany

Orders shipped to Germany are processed Monday through Friday.

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Transit time: 5–11 business days after shipment
Estimated total delivery time: 6–13 business days

Standard shipping: €9 for orders of €79 or less.
Free standard shipping: Available for orders over €79.

Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at info@shellysfashion.com.

We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, contact the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

If delivery cannot be confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to the circumstances of the shipment and applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers may also be asked to provide information reasonably required by the carrier to complete a missing-package investigation.
